Rabel Minimal Façade Solutions
The add text RABEL minimal façade systems and the Envelop3D™ concept are a perfect example of how we have moved from products to services and now to solutions. Aluminium façade systems have been around for decades but no other system in the world offers the level of seamless integration and flexibility that we can provide. We can customize slab to slab facades providing a fully integrated and flexible façade solution which can be comprised of approximately a dozen different typologies. Every one of our projects receives custom attention and we design your unique façade solution based on your requirements. When you receive your quotation you also get a full set of detailed technical drawings for your project. For most projects, we are able to provide a quotation and full technical dossier within one (1) week.
A unique advantage of the flexibility our solutions provide is that once an opening size is defined the exact configuration and typologies within that opening can change and evolve up to just prior to starting the fabrication process. This provides a flexibility to architects and clients that no other system can.
All of our solutions are delivered fabricated and ready for installation. The fabrication is done in the Rabel state of the art manufacturing facility using the latest technology digital tools to ensure that we can deliver an unparalleled quality product. Typical fabrication lead-times for most projects are six (6) to eight (8) weeks.
We use a network of installer partners who are continuously trained on our products and therefore ensure that the end quality of the installed product is exceptional and that installations are completed in the most time efficient manner. For projects with a high degree of complexity we also provide on-site support to our installer partners with our product technical specialists.

We are clearly living in the Internet of Things (IoT) era where everything is connected to everything. As such, it is no surprise that over the past years there has been a huge evolution of various smart home systems and solutions and today quite frankly, the market is saturated.
Our experience with home automation and residential systems integration spans over a decade and we take a very meticulous approach in the way we develop, design and integrate these systems. In fact, our approach is very similar to that in place for the development, testing and certification of aerospace systems so we do take things very seriously.
Every project is unique and as such deserves special attention and that is what we do. HVAC
Once again, we bring the best practices from Aerospace to your home when it comes to designing, sizing and integrating HVAC systems. Our approach is not just unique, but also provocative and we are proud of that. This is a domain that we know very well, and we can substantiate by technical data and conclusions all of our recommendations. Our approach is very analytical and rigorous, but it ensures that at the end of the process our clients will have an HVAC system that not only provides optimum comfort and hygiene but one that is also optimized from an energy consumption and environmentally friendly point of view.
In fact, recently we have actually developed an even more controversial methodology whereby we actually have systems that actually work one against another and in doing so further increase overall system efficiency. We have had several discussions with the chief engineers of leading HVAC providers about systems that we have designed and implemented, and their feedback has been overwhelmingly consistent in confirming that we are the only ones that are taking residential HVAC to the next level.

Kathrin Schindl
My name is Kathrin Schindl and I am the Creative Director and Managing Partner of Panossian C&T. Having grown up in the idyllic Bavarian countryside, I discovered my artistic side very early on and started specializing in Arts during high school. I then decided to pursue another passion of mine and went on to study Tourism Management in Munich. During this time, I had the opportunity to live in Spain for about two (2) years which is where I discovered my love for the country, its culture and its people.
In 2007 I moved to the South of France to join my partner and ended up working in the pharmaceutical, relocation and real-estate industries. More importantly it is during this time that we decided to launch our first project “The Factory” which to this day remains one of the architectural landmarks of the region and has been featured in three (3) different architectural magazines. The key learnings from this project were that mixing technical and artistic mindsets leads to unique end results and that despite the challenges, we actually really enjoyed it.
After deciding to eventually permanently move to Spain in 2016 one thing led to another and we launched our new project “Eskalia”. This significantly bigger and bolder project presented a new set of unique challenges especially with regards to harmonious integration with the natural surroundings of its location. We struggled but managed to find solutions that once again balance the technical and creative aspects which is what characterizes us and our projects.
Once all the pieces of the puzzle had fallen into place, we decided that this is what we want to do; help people profit from unique living spaces that are still a “home” by facilitating the marriage of comfort, coziness and practicality. That is how Panossian Living was finally born in 2019 and we look forward to jointly creating your unique living space.
